St. Catherine Social Justice CommitteeOur purpose is to promote social justice and to build commitment to social justice in the parish. We reflect on Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching to discern our response to the many justice and peace issues confronting our world. The committee is open to any member of St. Catherine parish who is interested in discerning and living out the social justice message of the Gospels. For more information, send an e-mail to socialjustice@stcatherineparish.net. We have chosen to focus on two issues during 2007: Consumerism and global climate change. Please join us for our upcoming event on Feb. 6 and Lenten discussion series (Feb. 28, March 7, 14, and 21).
