St. Catherine of Siena Parish
Called to follow Jesus and imitate His way of life

DAILY AND WEEKEND MASS IS NOW OFFERED AT ST. CATHERINE PARISH

Daily Mass:  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 9:00 am.  You do not need to pre-register, but come a few minutes early to sign in. 

Weekend Mass:  5:00 pm on Saturday and 9:30 am on Sunday.  Pre-registration is preferred and walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space. Come early to sign in. REGISTER HERE

For all Masses:  Continue to do a self-health check prior to attending and use hand sanitizer before entering and before leaving the church.  Thank you.

Streamed Mass:  St. Catherine continues to offer streamed Mass on Sundays at 9:30 am from our Facebook page .  The Archbishop’s dispensation for attending Mass continues until further notice.  STREAMING MASS LINK

Church open for Private prayer:
Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm,    Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Fridays, 10:00 am - Noon
Saturdays, 3:30 - 4:30 pm - confession offered at this time also.
A mask and social distancing is required for everyone's safety.  


 

THANKSGIVING DONATIONS TO ST. CATHERINE:  

As in the past, Donations made to the parish on Thanksgiving day as loose cash or in a Thanksgiving envelope, will go to our St. Catherine St. Vincent de Paul Chapter to meet the needs of our neighbors.   In addition, any Thanksgiving envelopes we receive in the mail will also go toward St. Vincent de Paul.

ADVENT WREATHS A ST. CATHERINE

Advent rings and candles ($5 each) and greens will be available outside after Mass on November 25th at 10:30 am to take home.  We hope you can stop by to pick up a set!

Thanksgiving Day on November 26th  at 9:00 am.

Immaculate Conception on Dec. 8 at 9:00 am only.

No Advent Penance Service or Simbang Gabi this year.

Christmas Eve Masses at 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm with carols starting a half-hour before each.

Christmas Day Mass at 9:30am with carols starting a half-hour before.

January 1st - Feast of Mary, Mother of God,  Mass at 9:00 am.

The Marjorie Ryan Circle of ACC will be delivering locally grown mixed noble fir Wreaths and nursery-quality Poinsettias once again to St. Catherine School and Parish, for the 16th consecutive year! We truly appreciate your annual order every year and are so happy to be able to bring a little Christmas tradition and joy to you during an unusual year! 

Please see our attached electronic order-form, or use our paper order-forms that came in your school envelopes last week. Please return your orders via your school envelopes, to the school or parish office, by email or mail them. We are able to take Venmo for payment for the first time this year, but we still need your specific order information from the order-form, even it you pay by Venmo. We are also still happy to take payment by check, along with your completed order form.  For Venmo use: @accwreathsale & 6258

Delivery will be outside the back door of Victoria Hall/gym, facing the parking lot, in an no-contact, drive-thru or walk-up capacity on Tuesday, November 24th and Tuesday Dec. 1st. POINSETTIAS in the smaller 6” size are still available for order, but the deadline for the large plants has passed.  Orders for Wreaths and 6” poinsettias can be placed up until November 13th. Questions: Please contact Gayle Kaplan- gayle@kaplan1.com or (206)714-9258

The archdiocese has received reports that a priest of the Missionaries of the Divine Mercy of the “Old Catholic Church” is in the greater Seattle area and has been celebrating Masses and sacraments, including Confirmation. Monsignor Fermin Rosas Garcia, from California, is part of the “North American Old Roman Catholic Church,” which is not in communion with the Roman Catholic Church and not affiliated in any way with the Archdiocese of Seattle.
