MARK YOUR CALENDAR - UPCOMING MASS SCHEDULE

  • Thanksgiving Day on November 26th  at 9:00 am.
  • Immaculate Conception on Dec. 8 at 9:00 am only.
  • No Advent Penance Service or Simbang Gabi this year.
  • Christmas Eve Masses in person at 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm with carols starting a half-hour before each*.
  • Christmas Eve Masses streamed at 5:00 pm
  • Christmas Day Mass in person at 9:30 am with carols starting a half-hour before*.
  • Christmas Day Mass streamed at 9:30 am
  • January 1st - Feast of Mary, Mother of God,  Mass at 9:00 am.

WE FOLLOW STATE AND ARCHDIOCESAN REQUIREMENTS THAT CAPACITY CANNOT BE MORE THAN 25%.   ALL MASS PARTICIPANTS ARE TO SELF- SCREEN FOR COVID SYMPTOMS.

ADVENT WREATHS AT ST. CATHERINE

Advent rings and candles ($5 each) and greens will be available outside after Sunday Mass on November 29th at 10:30 am to take home.  We hope you can stop by to pick up a set!


ADVENT PRAYER DEVOTIONALS

This year there are daily prayer books available at Mass for Advent.  If you would like to pick one up from the parish office, please call to arrange this.


ELECTRONIC ADVENT BULLETIN INSERTS.

Weekly Advent Bulletin Inserts
Week 1 will show for right now. After the first week of Advent, it will show both Week 1 and Week 2. It will continue like that until Advent is over, eventually showing all four weeks.

ST. CATHERINE ANNUAL GIVING TREE WILL BE VIRTUAL THIS YEAR.

This year, if you would like to continue to support the organizations we work with, we are accepting check and gift cards.   Please note on your check this donation is for "Giving Tree".   If you would like your gift to go to a specific organization, please list it on your donation.

WestSide Baby meets the basic needs of children to promote safety, security & healthy development. 

St. Francis House
Each year, St. Francis House helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of needy children in our community. Last year we were able to share Christmas gifts with 900 children! Each family will receive a large bag of new toys and a grocery gift card. Thank you for helping us to spread the joy of Christmas during this difficult year.

DAILY AND WEEKEND MASS IS NOW OFFERED AT ST. CATHERINE PARISH

Daily Mass:  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 9:00 am.  You do not need to pre-register, but come a few minutes early to sign in. 

Weekend Mass:  5:00 pm on Saturday and 9:30 am on Sunday.  Pre-registration is preferred and walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space. Come early to sign in. REGISTER HERE

For all Masses:  Continue to do a self-health check prior to attending and use hand sanitizer before entering and before leaving the church.  Thank you.

Streamed Mass:  St. Catherine continues to offer streamed Mass on Sundays at 9:30 am from our Facebook page .  The Archbishop’s dispensation for attending Mass continues until further notice.  STREAMING MASS LINK

Church open for Private prayer:
Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm,    Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Fridays, 10:00 am - Noon
Saturdays, 3:30 - 4:30 pm - confession offered at this time also.
A mask and social distancing is required for everyone's safety.  


 

 

 

 

 

* CLARIFICATION:

"Carols Before Mass" does not mean congregational singing. Carols will include piano solos/duets, instrumental selections and singing by a quartet who will be spaced 8 ft. apart, singing straight ahead, with 30 ft. distance from anyone in front of them.  We will strictly adhere to state and Archdiocesan guidelines.
