Celebration of Light  -  Friday, January 29 at 7pm

Join us in celebrating Catholic education in our Archdiocese!

We hope you attend this virtual event.

The Celebration of Light is vital to the success of Fulcrum’s mission to support and strengthen Catholic schools in Western Washington. We know this year’s event will look different and we understand that signing up for and participating in an online event can be confusing. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions to help you navigate our virtual experience with ease!

LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE TO STREAM MASSES

You may have noticed we were able to upgrade our production resources for the streamed Sunday Mass, thanks to a donation from a parishioner’s company.

We currently have two parishioners who handle the broadcast each week, and would like to add four more to this ministry.  If you have an interest in broadcast audio/video production, this may be the ministry for you.  All training will be provided and the commitment is just a couple hours, one or two Saturday mornings per month.

This could be a great opportunity for teens looking to enhance their college resume or fulfill service hours, or adults looking to learn or expand production skills. If you’re interested, please contact Mark Adrian at the parish office: 206-524-8800 ext. 104

ARE ANY ST CATHERINE PARISHIONERS INTERESTED?

Matt Talbot Center, a program of Catholic Community Services is located downtown and is an outpatient addiction treatment program.

We recently received a call from this program.  They are presently looking for a group of volunteers to prepare and drop off either breakfast or lunch sack meals for 30 clients, one time a month.  There is no client contact.  The parish can help with the cost of food.

If interested, contact the parish office or contact Matt Talbott Center directly at Codyh@ccsww.org, 206-256-9865

FROM ARCHBISHOP ETIENNE:

Nominate parishioners for upcoming listening sessions

Please nominate parishioners to participate in listening sessions to inform the Archdiocese of Seattle's new pastoral plan.

Please thoughtfully nominate Catholic parishioners who can help provide representative and diverse feedback. For example, those from different generations, ethnic backgrounds, or geographic regions of the Archdiocese of Seattle. We are seeking Catholics who do not work in formal employment with the church.

We hope to select 600 parishioners to participate in 1 of 20 listening sessions (90-120 min commitment).
