FROM FATHER PATRICK
I am looking to form a ministry of brining holy communion to the homebound. If you are interested in being an extraordinary minister of holy communion to the homebound, I will be hosting a training session on Sunday February 28th after the 9:30am Mass. If you cannot attend that session but would like to participate in the ministry, please send me an email and I will provide you with the information. This is a great way to reach out to many who have not been able to participate in Mass during the pandemic. Contact me at frpatrick@st-c.org.
CATHOLIC HOME MISSIONS SPECIAL COLLECTION - FEBRUARY 20-21, 2021
Catholic Home Missions Collection
Collection Date: February 20 – 21, 2021
Next weekend we will take up the Catholic Home Missions Appeal. Today, over 40% of dioceses in the United States and its territories are unable to fund the essential pastoral work their communities need. Your support of this appeal helps them meet these faith formation and sacramental needs. Please prayerfully consider how you can support this appeal. More information can be found at www.usccb.org/home-missions.
You may give through envelopes in the church, or at our Online Giving website HERE
SUCCESSFUL CALLED TO SERVE AS CHRIST CAMPAIGN
WILL REDUCE THIS YEAR'S ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL GOALS!
As a result of our efforts together towards the success of the Called to Serve as Christ campaign, and through the generosity of our Catholics throughout Western Washington, we are excited to announce that parishes will see a reduction in this year’s ACA parish goals!
Thank you again for the hard work and dedication of our St. Catherine Called to Serve volunteers in 2018. And thank you to all parishioners who supported this campaign.

Prayer of Lenten Solidarity
God of All Peoples,
As we look ahead to our Lenten journey,
may our fasting be a hunger for justice,
our alms an offering of peace,
and our prayers a reflection of humble and grateful hearts.
How may this encounter with our neighbor transform our own lives?
How may our prayers, fasting and almsgiving support those worldwide
who are forced to flee their homes for safety or better opportunities?
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ,
who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit,
one God forever and ever.
Amen.
