St. Catherine Annual Room Scheduling

for use of St. Catherine Parish facilities

This form is for those groups already using St. Catherine facilities. 
We will be scheduling our facility use on a yearly basis, July 1st through June 30th. 
Use this form to renew your request to use the facilities for next year: July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  

Your will receive an email responding to this request.  At that time you will also be notified of conflicts to your request.   Please note that additional conflicts may arise during the year.   We will work to resolve conflicts in the best way possible to meet each groups needs.

User's Responsibilities
1. Set-up and clean-up is the responsibility of the group using the facility. Before leaving, clean up any spills and messes, Also pick up paper off the floor and counters in the bathrooms, so the facility is in order for the use of the next group. Mylar balloons are not allowed in the Hall. This includes an arch of balloons.
2. Inform the Parish Office of any damage or possible damage that occurred during the event.
3. Upon leaving, please assure all doors are locked and the facility is secure.
4. A facility use agreement, insurance, and/or rental fee may be needed before confirmation of the space is completed.
